Although these fields are automatically assigned when you connect your account, you can reassign them to any of your custom fields in the Settings page. This will allow you to view most of the information about that asset directly from CyberStockroom and to search for any of the assets directly on the map. When you connect your Lansweeper account, several important asset fields are automatically generated. However if you delete an IT asset that still exists in Lansweeper, it will be recreated during the next Lansweeper synchronization.ĬyberStockroom allows users to create any custom fields to track their inventory. It’s possible to delete any inventory products from CyberStockroom directly. If the asset pops back up in Lansweeper, it will be automatically recognized by CyberStockroom. Those assets will be retained in CyberStockroom inventory. This is because often IT assets may be disconnected from a network and not show up during a Lansweeper scan. If assets are deleted/unlinked from Lansweeper they will NOT be automatically deleted from CyberStockroom. You can also force a synchronization from your Settings page. This synchronization may take a few minutes to show up in your CyberStockroom account. When assets are added/updated in Lansweeper, they will automatically appear in CyberStockroom. As you expand your map to include all the buildings, rooms, shelves, etc. This rudimentary map is only a starting point. This location will automatically have five categories to help you organize your IT assets.
